VISION PROBLEMS:
Near and far sightedness, reading difficulties after age forty, children's reading difficulties, eye muscle problems, computer eyestrain, etc. We feature the MARCO 3D WAVE HD vision testing system. Our examination also includes glaucoma, cataract and neurological screening.
MEDICAL EYE PROBLEMS:
Diabetes, cataracts, glaucoma, eye allergies, eye pain, foreign bodies, pink eye, floaters, flashes, etc.). Dr. Ditto is not an eye surgeon. He routinely diagnoses and treats many eye diseases in his office. Conditions requiring surgery will be referred and co-managed with the appropriate specialist.
CONTACT LENS EXAMINATION:
After your eye examination, if you are interested in contact lenses, we will be happy to perform a trial fitting in the office. We offer contact lenses for routine eye problems as well as regular and irregular astigmatism, bifocals, overnight wear, and keratoconus. Dr. Ditto has participated in contact lens clinical research for the major contact lens manufacturers, focusing on new technologies for bifocals and overnight wear.

This service will allow you to select the latest fashion blended with the latest lens technology for a superb fit and GREAT vision.
SPORTS VISION:
We regularly prescribe sports eyewear and are familiar with safe, sports-approved eyewear that offer the best protection for the eyes while not interfering with an athlete's peripheral vision. We offer glasses for many sports including hunting, sport shooting, scuba, snow skiing, fishing, golf and tennis. We features frames by Oakley, Nike, Bolle' and Carrera.
SUNGLASSES:
To help prevent eye diseases such as cataracts, macular degeneration, and skin cancers around your eyes, we recommend that EVERYONE wear sun protection. Polarized lenses and mirrored fronts as well as standard sun lenses with UV 400 protection are available in brands such as Oakley and Nike, as well as designers such as BOSS, Armani and Flexon. Other sunwear options include lenses that change tints such as TRANSITIONS which feature 100% UV protection and scratch resistance. TRANSITIONS lenses are available in all types of lens styles including no-line bifocals. Another option is a sunglass clip. Clips may be fitted to your existing glasses or frames such as the ASPEX line feature magnetic clips with polarized lenses and 100% UV protection.
SAFETY EYEWEAR:
We provide a comprehensive eye exam and offer frames and lens that protect against occupational eye hazards and meet ANSI and OSHA standards. We routinely service Bell Helicopter, Lockheed, as well as many other industrial companies.
LASIK C0-MANAGEMENT:
We provide lasik screening at no charge. If the patient is a suitable candidate, we recommend a laser surgeon and facility that is dedicated to the highest level of surgery. We provide post-op care in our office for your convenience.
N0-LINE BIFOCALS:
We offer the latest technology in progressive lenses. Today's progressive lenses offer wider field of vision, less distortion and ease of adaptation. The newest technology is available in lenses from VARILUX, DEFINITY and HOYA.
COSMETIC EYELASH ENHANCEMENT
We now prescribe "LATISSE" for fuller thicker eyelashes. Please call our office for details.
COMPUTER FATIGUE EYEWEAR We feature Gunnar eyewear, the latest advance in eyewear for any patient who works at a PC all day, uses a PC for games or other tasks for long periods of time. Gunnar glasses are designed to enhance detail, provide enhanced visual endurance, increase contrast and reduce glare and visual fatigue.
